Terracom participated in the Sales In Action 2018 congress at the OTE Academy amphitheater, organized by Boussias Communications. We had the chance to present our approach to the market with QR Patrol since its launch in 2014 and its main growth drivers.
Our story was one of the 28 stories in total which were presented, each one of them carrying their unique messages of success from companies of different sectors and sizes. It was a great blend of experience, innovation and salesmanship and our team definitely leaves from this congress with new ideas and best sales practices.
There were several conclusions drawn from the discussions in the Sales in Action congress. At organization level, the extrovert approach to the market, the constant training and empowerment of people & channels, the use of innovation and data in the modern complex business environment are some of the key factors to success.
On the other hand, the main characteristics that make salespeople perform at their best are the clarity of goals, their flexibility and ability to prepare for each case, their Emotional Intelligence and Social skills and finally their ability to recognize customers’ “what’s in it for me”.
